I haven't been on my blog for along time. A few new features.
Well we are now on lockdown part 2. NZ was doing really well. I think we had a hundred days without it being in the community .
Out my way the only place to get a covid 19 test is at urgent care pukekohe doctors clinic. They need to put more clinics out here to do the testing. Then it wouldn't put so much pressure out those ways.
With work its back to learning on line with the students. I'm hoping with this work laptop that it will work better then my own laptop. The internet has been working fine for now. Hopefully be able to present the work with out the horrible sounds..
We have a new member to our family his name is Asha. We got him off trademe out henderson way. We went to see him and fell in love with him. But we were out of three family's for the owner to pick. They went to give him to their first choice but there house didn't have a fence. The second family had a fence but Asha jumped that and ran to the park. so then they picked us. but we lived so far away and they had a young baby and it was a raining night. So we said we will come and get him. They were trying to bring him here but Ben stood his ground and the family said ok. So we picked him up on Saturday 4 July 2020. His breed is border collie X. He is 2 years old which is a nice age we don't have to do the toilet training. but we are still training him on a few things.
We weren't going to get other dog because we had our boy Max for 13 years. He was my boy. I understand now how people get very up set when their pets past away.. I was like what ever but when Max passed away I understood. He has gone for 6 years now and I still miss him. We have his ashes so he his with us where ever we go.
Hi Vanessa
ReplyDeleteWow they do need to put more testing stations out to ensure people can get tested. I had a test a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't pleasant. My test came back negative and I had a sinus infection but to be on the safe side the dr wanted it done.
Aww how cute getting another dog. I had to put my dog down last year and it wasn't pleasant at all. Post a picture if you can.
Take care and be safe
